The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of FTSE Developed Small Cap ex-US Liquid Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of small capitalization companies in developed countries outside the United States, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.

The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of stocks issued by companies located in the major markets of the Pacific region. The fund employs an indexing investment approach by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks included in the FTSE Developed Asia Pacific Index. The FTSE Developed Asia Pacific Index consists of approximately 808 common stocks of companies located in Japan, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand.
