SCHC Description

The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of FTSE Developed Small Cap ex-US Liquid Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of small capitalization companies in developed countries outside the United States, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.

DDWM Description

The investment seeks to track the WisdomTree Dynamic Currency Hedged International Equity Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a dividend weighted index designed to provide exposure to equity securities in the industrialized world, excluding Canada and the United States, while at the same time dynamically hedging currency exposure to fluctuations between the value of the applicable foreign currencies and the USD. The fund is non-diversified.
