The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. real estate investment trusts ("REITs") that hold U.S. residential and commercial mortgages. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index measures the performance of the residential and commercial mortgage real estate, mortgage finance and savings associations sectors of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.

MORT Description

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market VectorsÂ® Global Mortgage REITs Index (the "Mortgage REITs Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Mortgage REITs Index is comprised of stocks of publicly traded U.S. mortgage REITs that derive at least 50% of their revenues (or, where applicable, have at least 50% of their assets) from mortgage-related activity. The fund is non-diversified.
