PGJ Description

The PowerShares Golden Dragon China Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in equity securities of companies deriving a majority of their revenues from the People’s Republic of China and that comprise the Underlying Index. The Underlying Index is composed of US exchange-listed companies that are headquartered or incorporated in the People’s Republic of China. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

EWX Description

The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the small capitalization segment of global emerging market countries. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&PÂ® Emerging Markets Under USD2 Billion Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The fund is non-diversified.
