The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of the investable universe of publicly traded China-based companies whose primary business or businesses are in the Internet and Internet-related sectors. It is non-diversified.

To the extent the index concentrates in the securities of a particular industry or group of industries, the fund will concentrate its investments to approximately the same extent as the index.
