The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets ex China Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in components of the underlying index and depositary receipts, including American depositary receipts ("ADRs"), representing such components. The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to track the equity market performance of mid- and large-cap companies of emerging market countries, excluding China.

The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the FTSE Emerging Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of large and mid capitalization companies in emerging market countries, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.Grade (RS Rating)
