The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI United Kingdom Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the London Stock Exchange. Components primarily include consumer staples, energy and financial companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation with lower volatility and a higher dividend yield compared to the S&P 500 Index. The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by purchasing 25-35 stocks of companies that pay dividends and expect to grow the dividends over time and are trading at attractive valuations at the time of the investment. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in equity securities, including common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
