The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Dividend Index of Europe, Far East Asia and Australasia. The fund normally invests at least 95% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of dividend-paying companies in the industrialized world, excluding Canada and the United States, that pay regular cash dividends. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of FTSE Developed Small Cap ex-US Liquid Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of small capitalization companies in developed countries outside the United States, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.
