DIVZ Description

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation with lower volatility and a higher dividend yield compared to the S&P 500 Index. The fund is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by purchasing 25-35 stocks of companies that pay dividends and expect to grow the dividends over time and are trading at attractive valuations at the time of the investment. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in equity securities, including common stocks and American Depositary Receipts (ADRs). The fund is non-diversified.

USMC Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before expenses, to the performance of the Nasdaq US Mega Cap Select Leaders Index (the index). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities that compose the index at the time of purchase. The index uses a quantitative model designed to identify equity securities of companies in the Nasdaq US 500 Large Cap Index (the parent index) that have the largest market capitalizations, with higher weights given to less volatile securities.
