CUT Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Beacon Global Timber Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the index (or underlying securities representing the ADRs and GDRs included in the index). It generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. The fund is non-diversified.

VAW Description The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index. The fund employs an indexing investment approach designed to track the performance of the MSCI US Investable Market Index (IMI)/Materials 25/50, an index made up of stocks of large, mid-size, and small U.S. companies within the materials sector, as classified under the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS). It attempts to replicate the target index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
