The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. equity securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of small and mid cap U.S. companies in the industrial and community banking sectors. It is non-diversified.

The index is a rules based, modified capitalization weighted, float adjusted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States energy infrastructure Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") asset class.
