Amplify BlackSwan Tech & Treasury ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Amplify Investments LLC. The fund is co-managed by ARGI Investment Services, LLC and Toroso Investments, LLC. It invests in the public equity and fixed income markets of global region. For its equity portion, the fund invests through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across non-financial sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. The fund uses derivatives such as long-dated call options that reference the Invesco QQQ Trust, Series 1 to create its portfolio. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in U.S. Treasury securities with maturity between 2-30 years. The fund seeks to track the performance of the S-Network BlackSwan Tech & Treasury Index, by using full replication technique. Amplify BlackSwan Tech & Treasury ETF is domiciled in the United States.
