LSI Industries Inc. provides corporate visual image solutions. Its Lighting segment manufactures and markets outdoor and indoor lighting products for the commercial, industrial, and multi-site retail lighting markets, including the petroleum/convenience store market. This segment's products and services include exterior area lighting, interior lighting, canopy lighting, landscape lighting, light emitting diode (LED) lighting, light poles, lighting analysis, photometric layouts, and solid state LED video screens for the sports and advertising markets. The company's Graphics segment offers exterior and interior visual image elements used in graphics displays and visual image programs in petroleum/convenience store markets and multi-site retail operations. This segment's products include signage and canopy graphics, pump dispenser graphics, building fascia graphics, decals, interior signage and marketing graphics, aisle markers, wall mural graphics, fleet graphics, prototype program graphics, and installation services for graphics products. Its Electronic Components segment designs, engineers, and manufactures custom designed electronic circuit boards, assemblies, and sub-assemblies used in various applications, such as the control of solid-state LED lighting. LSI Industries Inc. is also involved in the design, production, and support of light engines and video screens using LED technology; and exterior and interior menu board systems for the quick service restaurant markets. The company sells its products through own sales force, as well as through regional sales managers, independent sales representatives, and distributors in the United States, Canada, Australia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. LSI Industries Inc. was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
