The company operates in two segments, Network and Applications. The Network segment designs, builds, implements, manages, and sells various business to business technology platforms. Its solutions include ValidClick service at, which is a pay-per-click marketplace where publishers integrate advertisements within their Websites based on the demographics and natural search behaviors of the consumer; and MyAP affiliate platform at, an affiliate tracking and management software solution that provide advertisers the ability to sign up, manage, and track the activities of their publishers. It also owns and operates and, which include local search directory Websites using LocalXML service that allows publishers to make real-time calls to the LocalXML database; operates, a product shopping and comparison service; and operates Babytobee Web site that caters to pre-natal women. The Applications segment designs, builds, and markets various business to consumer products. It offers ALOT Home, a homepage product to consumers; and ALOT Appbar, a software application that consumers install into their Web browsers for access to a library of applications, which are used by consumers to receive dynamic information, perform useful tasks, or access their favorite content online. This segment also provides BargainMatch comparison-shopping and CashBack application, a browser based consumer shopping aid that overlays onto organic search listings merchant locations where a consumer can obtain CashBack when purchasing products. The company was formerly known as Kowabunga! Inc. and changed its name to Inuvo, Inc. in July 2009. Inuvo, Inc. is headquartered in Conway, Arkansas.
