It also provides commercial real estate mortgage loans, commercial business loans, residential construction and development loans, one-to-four-family residential first mortgages, and second mortgage/home equity loan products, as well as consumer loans, such as automobile-secured loans and home improvement loans. As of December 31, 2012, the company operated six branches in suburban communities in the greater Puget Sound area. FS Bancorp, Inc. is headquartered in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.
