The 2025 Index is a rules-based index comprised of, as of September 30, 2015, approximately 119 investment grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2025. It is designed to represent the performance of a held-to-maturity portfolio of U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade corporate bonds with effective maturities in the year 2025. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities that comprise the 2025 Index. It is non-diversified.
