Corporate Bond Stocks List

Corporate Bond

A corporate bond is a debt security issued by a corporation and sold to investors. The bond issuer is obligated to pay periodic interest payments to the bondholders and to repay the principal amount of the bond at maturity. Corporate bonds are typically rated by credit rating agencies, which allow investors to assess the creditworthiness of the issuer. Corporate bonds are generally considered to be higher risk investments than government bonds, but they typically offer higher yields than government bonds.
