Atomera Incorporated, formerly Mears Technologies, Inc., is a development-stage company, which is engaged in the business of developing, commercializing and licensing processes and technologies for the semiconductor industry. The Company's performance enhancement technology, Mears Silicon Technology (MST), is a thin film of silicon, typically 100 to 300 angstroms thick. It offers MST to various types of semiconductor products, including analog, logic, optical and memory integrated circuits. The Company is in the process of transitioning MST technology towards commercial adoption. It partners with manufacturers of semiconductor fabrication equipment and developers of modeling tools.
