Its software permits mobile carriers, advertising aggregation companies, application developers, and third-party publishers to provide application installation, portal management, user interface, content development, and billing technology that enables the ecosystem required for the distribution of mobile applications and content. The company was formerly known as Mandalay Digital Group, Inc. and changed its name to Digital Turbine, Inc. in January 2015. Digital Turbine, Inc. was incorporated in 1998 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
