The investment seeks to generate current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will seek to achieve its investmentobjectives by investing at least 80% of its net assets (including investmentborrowings) in mortgage-related debt securities and other mortgage-relatedinstruments (collectively, "Mortgage-Related Investments"). The fund normallyexpects to invest in Mortgage-Related Investments tied to residential andcommercial mortgages. It is non-diversified.
