The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, investment-grade corporate bonds with remaining maturities of less than five years. The underlying index offers exposure to liquid corporate bonds maturing between zero and five years and is rebalanced on a monthly basis. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and in investments that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in the underlying index.
