The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield corporate bonds with remaining maturities of less than five years. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index and in investments that provide substantially similar exposure to the securities in the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Markit iBoxx® USD Liquid High Yield 0-5 Index, which is designed to reflect the performance of U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate debt.
