Targa Resources Corp., through its general and limited partner interests in Targa Resources Partners LP, provides midstream natural gas and natural gas liquid (NGL) services in the United States. The company has approximately 1,460 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines in west Texas; 3,250 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines in Southeastern New Mexico; 1,141 miles of low pressure gathering pipelines in west Texas; 538 miles high-pressure gathering pipelines in west Texas; 2 interconnected gathering systems with 4,340 miles of pipelines in north Texas; approximately 155 miles of crude oil gathering pipelines in North Dakota; and 896 miles of gathering system pipelines covering 3,800 square miles in Southwest Louisiana. It also owns or operates 39 storage wells with a net storage capacity of approximately 64 million barrels. As of December 31, 2012, the company managed approximately 555 railcars; 82 owned and leased transport tractors; 104 company-owned tank trailers; and 20 company-owned pressurized NGL barges.
