The Fund seeks to match, at the end of the Outcome Period, the returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a specified upside Cap, while providing a Buffer against the first 20% of SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust losses. The Outcome Period will be a one-year period from November 1 to Oct 31.
