Opentravel Alliance

The OpenTravel Alliance (OTA) is an international, not-for-profit organization that develops and maintains open standards for the electronic exchange of business information within the travel industry. The standards are used by travel companies to facilitate the sharing of information between different systems, such as reservation systems, customer relationship management systems, and travel agency systems. The standards are also used to enable the integration of travel-related services, such as hotel reservations, car rentals, and airline tickets.
