Sabre Corporation provides technology solutions to the travel and tourism industry. It operates in three segments: Travel Network, Airline and Hospitality Solutions, and Travelocity. The Travel Network segment distributes travel content from travel suppliers to online and offline travel agents. It processes transactions through connecting various travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, car rental brands, rail carriers, cruise lines, and tour operators with travel buyers in a travel marketplace. The Airline Hospitality Solutions segment offers a portfolio of software technology products and solutions through SaaS and hosted delivery models to airlines, hospitality providers, and other travel suppliers. Its airline solutions include reservations software that supports various essentials of a passenger service system; and other software solutions for marketing and planning, merchandising offerings, and managing network operations. This segment also offers SaaS solutions consisting of reservations systems, PMSs, marketing services for hoteliers to manage distribution, operations, and marketing across various channels and segments; and consulting services that optimize distribution and marketing. The Travelocity segment is engaged in the online consumer travel e-commerce businesses, which provide travel content and booking functionality primarily for leisure travelers. This segment provides Travelocity.com, an OTA for reserving, booking, and purchasing airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, cruises, and packaged vacations; lastminute.com, an OTA that offers online access to hotel properties, and airlines, as well as holiday packages, car hire, theater tickets, and spa packages; and TPN, a B2B offering, which offers travel content and booking functionality to, and market and sell products and services through private label Websites suppliers and distribution partners. Sabre Corporation was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Southlake, Texas.
