Under normal market conditions, the ETF will invest predominately in Bond underlying ETFs of varying maturity, credit quality (including high-yield securities, or "junk bonds") and regional exposure.

The fund, an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF), invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in midcap stocks.
