The fund’s objective is to find underappreciated opportunities across different industrial supply chains that are beneficiaries of the secular themes discussed below: Environmental Focus and Decarbonization Manufacturing Digitalization Automation & Robotics Photonics and Additive Manufacturing Space Exploration Artificial Intelligence (AI) SPRX is an actively managed ETF that seeks long-term capital growth by investing in US listed securities (including American depositary receipts "ADRs") of industrial and technology companies relevant to the Fund’s investment themes and the ecosystem around them. SPRX invests in both “growth”, defined as companies with high and underappreciated growth prospects, and “value”, defined as opportunities that are undervalued based on an assessment of the underlying fundamentals.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas equipment and services segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Equipment & Services Select Industry Index, the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the oil and gas equipment and services industry group of the S&P Total Market Index ("S&P TMI"). The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
