The underlying index represents the small-cap segment of the MSCI EAFE Index. As of June 30, 2012, the underlying index consisted of the following 22 developed market country indexes or regions.

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI Pacific Investable Market Index (IMI). The index is a free float-adjusted market-capitalization weighted index which consists of stocks from the following five countries: Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand and Singapore. The index may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies, and components primarily include consumer discretionary, financials and industrials companies.
