The PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ OMX Global Water Index. The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in companies listed on a global exchange that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually in April.

The investment seeks to provide investment returns that correspond, before fees and expenses, generally to the performance of the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index. Investing at least 80% of assets in securities included in the fund's underlying index. The fund's underlying index is the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index, which represents the performance of the utilities sector in the U.S. equity market. It may or may not hold all of the securities in the MSCI USA IMI Utilities Index. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
