The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the BlueStar Israel Global IndexTM. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. Its benchmark index is comprised of equity securities, which may include depositary receipts, of publicly traded companies that are generally considered by BlueStar Global Investors, LLC ("BlueStar" or the "Index Provider") to be Israeli companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Indxx Global Cloud Computing Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are positioned to benefit from the increased adoption of cloud computing technology.
