The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It may invest the remainder of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents.

The index composed of large- and mid-capitalization emerging market equities while mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the component currencies and the U.S. dollar. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index, including foreign currency forward contracts designed to hedge against non-U.S. currency fluctuations.
