The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (?ETF?) that, during normal market conditions, seeks to invest in approximately 25-30 U.S. exchange-traded common stocks of companies that are listed on U.S. national securities exchanges and trade contemporaneously with the shares of the fund. The fund adviser may also hold concentrated positions in common stocks, although the fund?s guidelines provide that no single investment should generally be more than 10% of the fund?s portfolio at acquisition. The fund is non-diversified.

RDIV Description

The investment seeks to outperform the total return performance of the S&P 900Â® Index, the fund's benchmark index (the "benchmark index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of companies included in the benchmark index. The index is constructed by identifying the top 60 securities from the benchmark index with the highest average of the 1-year trailing dividend yields for the current quarter and each of the past three quarters, which are then re-weighted according to the revenue earned by the companies, subject to certain asset diversification requirements and a maximum 5% per company weighting. The fund is non-diversified.
