The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The MSCI Spain 25/50 Index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Madrid Stock Exchange. A capping methodology is applied that limits the weight of any single component to a maximum of 25% of the MSCI Spain 25/50 Index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in companies that, at the time of purchase, have market capitalizations either within the capitalization range of the Russell Midcap® Value Index or of $15 billion or less. The Russell Midcap® Value Index is an unmanaged index that measures the performance of companies with lower price to book ratios and lower forecasted growth values within the broader Russell Midcap Index®. It may invest up tp 20% of its assets in companies with smaller or larger capitalizations.Grade (RS Rating)
