The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Belgium. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation above international benchmarks such as the BNY Mellon Classic ADR Index, the fund's primary benchmark, and the MSCI EAFE Index, the fund's secondary benchmark. The sub-advisor seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by selecting primarily a portfolio of U.S.-traded securities of non-U.S. organizations, most often American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), included in the BNY Mellon Classic ADR Index.
