It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Emerging Markets Infrastructure IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which is designed to track performance of 30 of the largest publicly listed companies in the infrastructure industry in emerging markets. The fund is non-diversified.

The index is a rules based, modified capitalization weighted, float adjusted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States energy infrastructure Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") asset class. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index (or depositary receipts based on such securities). It is non-diversified.
