The components of the underlying index, and the degree to which these components represent certain industries, may change over time. Components primarily include consumer staples, financial and healthcare companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The underlying index has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for its international stock performance.
