The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P Emerging Markets Dividend Opportunities Index. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index, or in ADRs or GDRs based on securities comprising the index. The index is comprised of 100 of the highest yielding emerging markets stocks, based on market capitalization, in the S&P Dividend Opportunities family of indices. The fund is non-diversified.

PTEU Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance of the Pacer Trendpilot European Index. Normally the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to implement a systematic trend-following strategy that directs exposure (i) 100% to the FTSE Eurobloc Index, (ii) 50% to the FTSE Eurobloc Index and 50% to 3-Month US Treasury bills, or (iii) 100% to 3-Month US Treasury bills. It is non-diversified.
