The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE ESG Leaders Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (but typically far more) in component securities (including depositary receipts in respect of such securities) of the underlying index. The underlying index is a capitalization weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high environmental, social and governance ("ESG") performance relative to their sector peers. The fund is non-diversified.

EAOK Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of the BlackRock ESG Aware Conservative Allocation Index (the underlying index). The fund is a fund of funds and seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in underlying funds that themselves seek investment results corresponding to their own respective underlying indexes each of which takes into account environmental, social and governance (ESG) characteristics. The underlying index is composed of a portfolio of underlying equity and fixed income funds with positive environmental, social, and governance characteristics intended to represent a conservative risk profile.
