The investment seeks long-term capital growth of capital and income. To pursue its objective, the fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in dividend-paying equity securities. The principal type of equity security in which the fund will invest is common stock. Under normal market conditions, at least 30% of the fund"s assets will be invested outside the United States.

The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the MSCI Europe Dividend Masters Index (the "index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index, constructed and maintained by MSCI, targets companies that are currently members of the MSCI Europe Index ("MSCI Europe") and have increased dividend payments each year for at least 10 years.Grade (RS Rating)
