The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EMU IMI US Dollar Hedged Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (but typically far more) in component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of equities from countries in the EMU, or the "Eurozone," that have adopted the euro as their common currency and sole legal tender. The fund is non-diversified.

The index includes approximately 3,050 stocks of companies located in 46 countries, including both developed and emerging markets.
