The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® Global Mortgage REITs Index (the "Mortgage REITs Index"). The Mortgage REITs Index is comprised of stocks of publicly traded U.S. mortgage REITs that derive at least 50% of their revenues (or, where applicable, have at least 50% of their assets) from mortgage-related activity.
