CFCV Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities, or other exchange-traded investments with similar economic characteristics in which it is permitted to invest, of companies with large market capitalizations. It will only invest in instruments that trade on a U.S. exchange contemporaneously with the fund's shares and, for temporary or defensive purposes, in cash and cash equivalents.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of publicly traded equity securities of companies in The Utilities Select Sector Index. In seeking to track the performance of the index, the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index includes companies from the following industries: electric utilities; multi-utilities; independent power producers & energy traders; and gas utilities.
