The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Roundhill Sports Betting & iGaming Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in securities issued by Sports Betting and iGaming Companies. The index tracks the performance of the common stock (or corresponding American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs)) of exchange-listed companies that earn revenue from online gaming (iGaming).

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® Global Gaming Index (the "Gaming Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Gaming Index is comprised of companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from casinos and hotels, sports betting (including internet gambling and racetracks) and lottery services as well as gaming services, gaming technology and gaming equipment.
