The sub-advisor seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by selecting primarily a portfolio of U.S.-traded securities of non-U.S. organizations, most often American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), included in the BNY Mellon Classic ADR Index. The fund's investment focus follows the Sub-Advisor's core philosophy of investing in industry-leading non-U.S. organizations led by visionary management teams with sound business strategies.

The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the S-Network Municipal Bond Closed-End Fund IndexSM (the "CEFMX Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in investments the income from which is exempt from U.S. federal income tax (other than AMT). It normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities of issuers that comprise the fund's benchmark index.
