The fund's investment focus follows the Sub-Advisor's core philosophy of investing in industry-leading non-U.S. organizations led by visionary management teams with sound business strategies.

The underlying index is intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States master limited partnerships (MLP) asset class.
