Angel Oak UltraShort Income ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Angel Oak Capital Advisors, LLC. The funds invest in fixed income markets. It primarily invest in agency and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (“RMBS”), commercial mortgage-backed securities (“CMBS”), collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”), collateralized debt obligations (“CDOs”), collateralized mortgage obligations (“CMOs”), collateralized bond obligations (“CBOs”), asset-backed securities (“ABS”). It invest in securities that have a dollar-weighted average maturity of less than two years. It invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility.
