The Communications Systems segment provides communications systems and accessories for military communications systems, including RF amplifiers, power supplies, power cables, connector assemblies, amplified speakers, equipment mounts, case equipment, man-portable systems, and integrated communication systems for fixed or vehicle applications, such as tactical repeaters and SATCOM systems, as well as for communications and electronics systems design. The company offers its products primarily under the Ultralife Batteries, McDowell Research, AMTI, and ABLE brand names. It serves government, defense, and commercial customers. Ultralife Corporation sells its products through original equipment manufacturers, and industrial and defense supply distributors, as well as directly to the United States and international defense departments.
