The company operates restaurants primarily under the STK brand. As of December 31, 2014, it owned and operated eight, and managed eight restaurants and lounges in the United States and the United Kingdom. The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
