Park-Ohio Holdings Corp., through its subsidiaries, operates as an industrial supply chain logistics and diversified manufacturing company in the United States, Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. The company operates in three segments: Supply Technologies, Assembly Components, and Engineered Products. The Supply Technologies segment provides Total Supply Management services, such as engineering and design support, part usage and cost analysis, supplier selection, quality assurance, bar coding, product packaging and tracking, just-in-time and point-of-use delivery, electronic billing services, and technical support services. It also offers valves, electro-mechanical hardware, fittings, steering, and other components; and engineers and manufactures precision cold formed and cold extruded products consisting of locknuts, SPAC nuts, and wheel hardware. This segment serves heavy-duty truck, automotive and vehicle parts, electrical distribution and controls, consumer electronics, recreational equipment, recreational vehicles, HVAC, agricultural and construction equipment, semiconductor equipment, aerospace and defense, and appliance industries. The Assembly Components segment manufactures cast aluminum components, automotive and industrial rubber, thermoplastic products, fuel fillers, and hydraulic assemblies for automotive, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, heavy-duty truck, and marine equipment industries. This segment also offers design and engineering, machining, and part assembly services. The Engineered Products segment is involved in the engineering, construction, service, and repair of induction heating and melting systems, primarily for original equipment manufacturers and end users in the steel, coatings, forging, foundry, heavy-duty truck, construction equipment, automotive, oil and gas, rail and locomotive manufacturing, and aerospace and defense industries. Park-Ohio Holdings Corp. was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio.
